Londontec’s Academic Support Officers provide support to students with regard to the development of academic study skills. The institution have modeled their academic support services along the lines of the support offered by Wrexham Glyndwr University. Help to students are offered in the following areas:

o Making the most of the available Library Services (physical and online)
o Navigate University’s Moodle and Londontec’s Google Classroom to access your course materials, learning resources and assessments.
o Upload your assignment
o Format documents, from assignments to dissertations.
o Download and use Microsoft Office 365.
In specific, Londontec offer guidance and support on their students becoming independent learners. Students can book an in person or online one-on-one session with one of Londontec’s Academic Support Officers by emailing academic.support@londontec.net. Going forward, Londontec have plans to implement a personal tutoring system.
